Block Menu: Move Next

The Block Move function is used to relocate the data file elements within a block containment region to a new position on the same data file. Data elements that are fully contained in the block will be attached to the cursor in "ghost" form, while items that are only partially contained in the block will "rubber band" as the block is moved about.
